Pursuant to Article 10, Paragraph 3 of the Law on Consumer Protection, we inform consumers that complaints about the quality of our services can be submitted within 8 days in writing to the email address: burin@dolphin-excursion.hr. We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the complaint without delay. You will receive an answer to your complaint no later than 15 days after receiving the complaint. It is mandatory to state the consumer's information on the complaint: Name and surname and address for delivery of answers.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price increases or decreases by our suppliers (fuel, food).
